Nightly cleaning
Standard for larger offices, medical and dental practices, and any business with steady client traffic through the front door. Restrooms and break rooms are serviced every day, which is where daily attention actually earns its cost.
Best for: 25+ staff, public-facing suites, healthcare, buildings with shared common areas.
Two or three nights a week
The most common arrangement we set up. It keeps restrooms and kitchens ahead of the curve without paying for a visit every day, and it works well for offices with a hybrid schedule where the building is genuinely busy only part of the week.
Best for: professional offices, agencies, law and accounting firms, small clinics.
Once a week
A full-scope reset once a week for smaller suites, low-traffic offices and businesses where staff handle day-to-day tidying themselves. We do the work that needs equipment, supplies and a defined scope.
Best for: offices under roughly ten people, satellite locations, studios, light-traffic professional space.
Periodic & project work
Not every building needs a recurring contract. We also handle one-time and seasonal work: a deep clean before an inspection or an open house, a post-renovation cleanup, quarterly carpet extraction, or an annual strip and wax on the hard floors.
Best for: buildings with in-house staff who need help with the periodic work only.

Most office cleaning happens after hours, which keeps your team working and lets our crew move through the space efficiently. Some buildings prefer daytime service or a day porter for restrooms and common areas during business hours — both are workable. We set the schedule around your operation.
Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
Employees. Every cleaning technician is a regular W-2 employee of Special Touch, never a freelancer or subcontractor. We screen and train our own people, and we are fully insured and bonded.
Do we need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring our own supplies and equipment to every visit, so you never have to purchase products or find somewhere to store a vacuum. If you have a product you specifically want used in your space, tell us and we will work with it.
How is office cleaning priced?
By the building, not by a rate card. Square footage, frequency, restroom count, floor surfaces and scope all move the number. That is why the walkthrough comes first — it is the only honest way to quote commercial cleaning, and it costs you nothing.
What if something is missed?
Tell us and we will correct it. That is what the Inspection Report and the monthly Contact Evaluation exist for — a documented, routine way to raise issues rather than hoping someone notices. Consistency is the whole product in this business.
Can you handle our floors as well as the general cleaning?
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons customers consolidate with us. Commercial floor care is our specialty, so stripping, waxing, burnishing and tile and grout work is handled by the same company that cleans the building. Nothing falls between two vendors.
