Retail Out Front, Warehouse Out Back
The characteristic Holland commercial building has a customer-facing half and a working half, and they need genuinely different things. A showroom or office with vinyl tile that has to look sharp; a warehouse or shop behind it running on sealed concrete that has to survive pallet jacks.
Most cleaning companies are set up for one or the other. Splitting the building between two vendors is how details get dropped at the door between them — the classic version being a spotless showroom and a warehouse floor nobody has machine-cleaned in three years, quietly feeding grit forward into the finished floor every time a door opens.
We cover both under one scope. Commercial floor care is our own specialty rather than something we broker out, so the crew doing your nightly janitorial and the team maintaining your concrete and vinyl answer to the same company.
- One scope, whole building
- Concrete & VCT in-house
- Insured & bonded
- After-hours service

The Holland Commercial Corridors
Spring Meadows & retail
Shops, restaurants and service businesses around the Spring Meadows district. High foot traffic, entry floors that take everything the parking lot has, and presentation that is part of the offer.
Warehouse & distribution
The logistics and light-industrial belt running toward Toledo Express Airport. Sealed concrete, dock areas, break rooms and restrooms — a scope written for grit rather than for polish.
Airport Highway offices
Professional and medical offices along Airport Highway and Holland-Sylvania Road, where nightly or several-nights-weekly service is the norm and consistency is the whole product.
Dealerships & showrooms
Auto and equipment showrooms where the sales floor and the service bay are the same building. A showroom floor with real reflection sells; a dull one quietly does the opposite.
Apartment communities
Common areas, clubhouses and leasing offices on a weekly cycle, plus unit turnover cleaning scheduled to your leasing calendar rather than ours.
Schools & community buildings
Springfield Township schools, churches and community halls, where corridor floors carry the whole building’s reputation and summer is the window for restoring them.
Concrete and VCT Under the Same Roof
The two surfaces you will find in most Holland buildings, and what each one actually needs.
| Sealed / polished concrete | Vinyl composition tile | |
|---|---|---|
| Where | Warehouse, shop, dock, back-of-house | Showroom, office, corridor, restroom |
| What kills it | Abrasive grit, forklift traffic, spills | Worn finish, salt haze, foot traffic lanes |
| Routine work | Machine cleaning on a set cycle | Sweep, mop, vacuum entry mats |
| Periodic work | Deep clean and reseal as coating wears | Scrub and recoat, then full strip and wax |
| Warning sign | Dust migrating into finished areas | Dull tracks in the traffic lanes |
On the vinyl and tile side, we put it in writing
If you don’t see your reflection in your floor, our service is free. That is our stripping and waxing standard, and it applies in a Holland showroom the same as anywhere else. See how we do it ↗

Can one company really cover our warehouse and our office?
Yes, and it is what we would recommend. They are different jobs with different equipment and chemistry, but they are not different vendors. One written scope, one crew, one point of contact — and no argument about whose responsibility the dock door threshold is.
Our warehouse dust keeps ending up in the office. Why?
Almost always because the warehouse floor is holding fine grit that gets airborne with every forklift pass and carried forward on foot traffic. Machine cleaning the concrete on a proper cycle usually reduces the problem in the office more than anything you can do in the office itself.
Do you clean showrooms before events or sales?
Yes. One-time deep cleans and floor restorations ahead of an event, a model-year changeover or an open house are a normal part of what we do, with or without a recurring agreement in place.
What areas around Holland do you serve?
Springfield Township, the Airport Highway and Holland-Sylvania corridors, Spring Meadows, and out toward Swanton and the airport. Sylvania, Toledo, Maumee and Waterville are all on the same routes.
How quickly can you get us a price?
Usually within a few days of the walkthrough, and the walkthrough itself can normally be booked within a week. Both are free, and there is no obligation attached to the plan we put in front of you.
