Commercial Cleaning Across the Glass City
Our team provides commercial cleaning services for businesses throughout Toledo and the surrounding communities, working from three offices in the metro area — Sunforest Court in the north end, Hill Avenue on the west side, and Indian Wood Circle just over the line in Maumee.
That geography is deliberate. Toledo is a spread-out city, and a crew coming from one central depot spends its night driving. From three points we can reach downtown, the Westgate and Franklin Park corridors, the Alexis Road industrial belt and the East Toledo riverfront without any of them being the far end of a route.
We handle the whole building: nightly and weekly janitorial, office cleaning, apartment turnover, post-construction clean-up, and the periodic floor work that most cleaning companies quietly subcontract to somebody else.

Cleaning Toledo, District by District
Different parts of the city bring different problems through the door. These are the ones we plan around.
Downtown & the Warehouse District
Older buildings with terrazzo, marble and original hard floors that reward restoration rather than replacement. Tight loading access and shared common areas mean scheduling matters as much as the work itself.
Medical corridors
The clinical and administrative buildings that cluster around Toledo’s hospital campuses. High-frequency restroom service, disinfection expectations and floor finishes that have to hold up to constant cart traffic.
Westgate, Franklin Park & Miracle Mile
Retail and professional space along Secor, Monroe and Sylvania Avenue where the front-of-house floor is the first thing a customer forms an opinion about.
Alexis Road & the north industrial belt
Plants, shops and warehouse space where floors deal with forklift traffic, oil and abrasive grit rather than foot soil. Different equipment, different chemistry, different schedule.
East Toledo & the riverfront
Industrial and logistics facilities near the Maumee River and the port, where heavy soil loads come in on every shift and back-of-house floors take the worst of it.
The university district & south side
Schools, community buildings and multi-tenant properties around Bancroft and Dorr, plus the student rental stock that turns over every summer.

Commercial Floor Cleaning in Toledo
Floor care is our specialty, and Toledo’s building stock is unusually interesting for it. Downtown and the Warehouse District hold original terrazzo and marble that most cities have long since covered over. The postwar commercial corridors are almost entirely vinyl composition tile. The industrial east and north sides run on sealed concrete.
Each of those wants something completely different, and the most expensive floor mistakes we get called in to fix are the result of one contractor treating all three the same way.
We strip and wax VCT, scrub and recoat between full strips, polish marble and terrazzo, deep-clean tile and grout, care for commercial hardwood, and maintain sealed concrete — and we will tell you honestly when a floor has passed the point where finish will help.

The floor care guarantee
On our stripping and waxing of vinyl and tile floors: if you don’t see your reflection in your floor, our service is free. It is the standard we hold our own Toledo crews to.
What a Toledo Year Does to a Commercial Floor
Building a maintenance calendar here means building it around the weather, not around even quarters.
-
November through March — salt season
Rock salt and ice melt arrive on every shoe and cart wheel. Salt leaves a white haze, holds moisture against the floor and grinds finish away in the entry zones. This is when matting earns its cost and when entry-area floors need the most frequent attention.
-
Late winter — the recoat window
The best time in the Toledo calendar for a scrub and recoat. The salt damage has been done but the finish underneath can usually still be saved, which is far cheaper than the full strip you will otherwise need in June.
-
Spring thaw — mud and grit
The heavy clay soil across the Maumee valley turns to mud, and that mud carries grit that behaves like sandpaper underfoot. Vestibules and entryways take the brunt of it.
-
Summer — project season
Warm, dry and quiet: the right window for full strips and waxes, school work over break, and any floor project that needs long undisturbed cure time. Book it early, because everyone wants the same weeks.

Toledo Commercial Cleaning FAQs
Which parts of Toledo do you cover?
All of it — downtown and the Warehouse District, the north end along Alexis and Lewis, West Toledo and the Westgate and Franklin Park corridors, South Toledo, the university district, and East Toledo across the river. Our three offices in Toledo and Maumee mean no part of the city is at the end of a long route.
Can you clean a downtown building with restricted access hours?
Yes, and it is routine for us. Older downtown buildings often have shared loading areas, freight elevator windows and building-wide access rules. Tell us the constraints during the walkthrough and we will build the schedule around them rather than discovering them in week two.
Our Toledo building has original terrazzo. Can it be saved?
Usually, yes — and it is almost always worth doing. Terrazzo and marble do not wear the way tile does; they etch and dull. Polishing works the stone surface itself rather than coating it, which restores depth and clarity. We will look at it and tell you honestly what is recoverable before you spend anything.
How do you handle winter salt damage?
With matting, frequency and timing. Enough entry matting to catch soil before it reaches finished floor; more frequent attention to entry zones through the salt months; and a scrub and recoat scheduled for late winter, while the finish underneath can still be saved. Waiting until June usually means paying for a full strip instead.
Do you clean industrial and warehouse floors in Toledo?
Yes. Sealed and polished concrete in plants, shops and distribution space needs regular machine cleaning to remove the abrasive grit that does the actual damage — and to stop the floor becoming a dust source for everything else in the building. It is a different job from office floor care, with different equipment.
How do I get a price for my Toledo building?
Call 419-871-2005 or request a quote online. We will walk the building with you at no charge, look at square footage, floor surfaces, restroom count and traffic, and give you a written scope and price. There is no obligation attached to it.
